This issue's all about the fury, feathered, funtastic fauna from that former phase of the far-flung past we all call prehistory. Above is a small portion of my regular two-page Know Fun puzzles and activities spread from said magazine that this month features all manner of Cenozoic beasties and birdies.

Glen,
A very appealing illustration. Everybody likes dinosaurs! I would be interested in a post which shows the steps in your creative process. I am pretty sure that simplicity isn't easy. Thanks.
Come visit.
Thanks Bob. I've been thinking doing just that for a while now. Look for a step by step rundown of how the magic happens (or doesn't!) in the near future.
That's pretty cool. Are you using Illustrator for your work?
Chris: Nope! Pen & ink and good old Photoshop on this one. I've never used Illustrator or any vector-based program.
Nice. That's even more impressive. At my work for final art we use a combination of Photoshop and Illustrator. I've never mastered pen and ink unfortunately, but I really would like to try it again someday.
Very cool, Glen! As always, of course! Love it.
Thanks Ward.
